FNB is slow in this fastpaced world

I have been struggling with FNB for months now. I lost faith in their system. Their banking App is great and their technology but when you need personal service its **** gone. I cancelled all my debit orders on my cheque account as I was changing banks, I logged a query with them to change my account to a savings before my pay date, knowing that on a cheque account the failed debit order charge is alot. I was willing to pay if the debit order amount was different from what was submitted the previous month, but the rate on the savings account. But the cobs in the FNB web works at such a slow pace, that by my pay date the account was not converted, extra charges was added due it being a cheque account and now I owe them almost R1000. Which is going to get more as next month some of the debit orders (the ones that I didnt switch to my new account) will try again. I cant just take off to go and sit in a branch and then most of the time I went to branches, I dont get helped in anycase or they try to smear things off on you that you didnt ask for. Now I have asked them to freeze the account so that no -one can access the account, so that no more charges be added. But no all they tell you is make a deposit for the monies owed. I am glad I went over to Capitec. They might not have all your gadgets and stuff but if I ask one of their consultants a question I get a universal answer. I dont get told call this one and call that one. Or that it is system generated. Your bank and its system has caused me so much harm in the last month because you always have glitches and your app says one thing and your system another. I am not even going to fight with you anymore. I will pay you as I can. I have never been treated so attrociously by a bank ever in my life, nor did a bank not take responsibility for its actions.
