FNB is simply annoying

Sick of calls from FNB offering updates and, the latest, to reduce costs for me because I'm over 55. Pity they didn't realise that I was over 55 for years ago! I cannot take private calls at work yet I'm constantly b receiving calls despite telling them this. Please use email and LOSE my phone number. All they do is tell me to go into the bank anyway, Stop wasting my time with all the "verifications" to make sure that it's me. You called me... But I must prove who I am? Enough of this nonsense now. Capitec is looking more and more inviting. They use email.
