FNB is selling our information to third party.

Last week we sent a rate review requests for our two bond accounts which FNB rejected. We even tried to escalate this but nothing was ever done.

Today we getting a call from Gold Leaf Financial Services requesting access to our credit records so that they assist us with regard to the rate review we submitted to FNB last week.

HOW DID THEY KNOW THAT WE SUBMITTED SUCH REQUEST TO FNB?

The only way the third party got this information is through FNB because they believe we having debts issues which is the reason we submitted rate review requests.
