FNB is selfish & doesnt care about its loyal customers.

FNB is refusing to decrease my interest rate of 10.4% while repo rate is at 8.75%.

They are selfish & inconsiderable to customers even in this COVOD-19 pandemic. Our monthly pay is decreasing & jobs are on the line. FNB is being greedy & not caring about good paying FNB customers. Why?

I have been a FNB customer for years with various products. How can my loan debt decrease if the bank refuse to decrease my interest rate? Its shameful on a lame answer by Nqobizitha Ndlovu who is very selfish.

I am requesting a interest rate to be 5% immediately.
