FNB IS RUTHLESS
I am extremely upset with FNB. I have requested you guys to stop my debit order from going off due to this lock down however you guys did not do that and the debit order went off unpaid which is fine but why would you charge me R100. 00 for this? Could you stop robbing your clients during this struggle and please refund me.

02 Apr 2020, 08:32I have spoken to a lady and she said unfortunately it's not Fnbs fault and there's nothing you can do about it. It's sad that this is the treatment recieved from our banks.
