FNB is running away from dealing with my unpaid debits & missing money... instead keeps giving me new reference numbers.

I have been reporting my matter to FNB since 17 March 2020... and have received several reference numbers and then when I inquire about the status on the matter, I am told that the matter is closed. I have not stopped reporting the matter... and I will not stop reporting the matter because FNB has not factually told me what has happened to my money and no matter how many times they close the matter and chose not to respond... I will not stop reporting it because the 2 reasons that I received from Catherine from FNB Contact Centre... clearly indicate that she does not even understand how the accounts work because if she did she would understand the serious of the matter and she would not responded with such unrealistic and silly almost childlike suggestions.

The latest tactic... is to call for a few seconds... not even allowing me to get to the phone, let alone answer to answer the phone.

I truly believe that someone in FNB is accessing my account, which means they are accessing my account **********ly and FNB does not know how to deal with and certainly do not want to admit it me because they would have to admit publicly and would have correct the situation.

You tried calling at 11: 21, exactly the time I was getting an update from my kids school regarding returning to school on Monday. So, you did not call me back, why? Or it's not important enough for you to call until you reach me?

I am available now at 12:45... but why can't you not give me feedback via email, when clearly your availability and my availability never seem to match?

And note that this matter cannot be closed until I am satisfied with the relevant feedback... so stop closing this matter.
