FNB is ruining my life!

FNB is ruining my life! I left my job under duress in Febuary this year as I had personal family matters to attend that were outside my control. This resulted in me being unemployed for 4 months and had no source of income during this time. It was a difficult 4 months especially as I am a single parent to a young child in primary school. I tried my best to find a job once the family issues were taken care of. Unfortunately, the process of finding a job took much longer than I had anticipated. I went into a depression as I felt that I was losing control of my financial situation and with little financial support from family. This was a trying time for me. Thankfully, I was eventually able to secure employment and I am now in the process of recovering financially and catching my arrears with my creditors. FNB, the bank that I have been a loyal customer of for 6 years has been most unaccommodating in my attempt to rehabilitate my financial situation. they have withdrawn the home-loan which they approved in 2017 for a property that I bought off-plan. The property is now ready and I was making plans to move in with my child in September, but now this is not going to happen. I had to negotiate with my landlord to allow us to stay on an additional month in her property. Further to this, I am in the process of paying the arrears on my credit card and have a payment arrangement in place. However, FNB credit card division has decided to forego the payment arrangement and debit my cheque account as and when they please. there have been 2 debits made in this month alone. The first payment they took was funds that I had set aside to pay for the arrears on my medical aid so that our cover would be reinstated. This has resulted in me losing my medical aid cover. I do not know what to do anymore!
