FNB is ruining Christmas!
I renewed by car license disk with FNB Nav Car on the 6th of November. I called in on 15/12 advising that I will be travelling with my family to Durban on the 18/12 and desperately needed my license disk. It is now the 22/12 and I still have not received it. My disk has been with the Courier since the 17/12 and has not been delivered to me. I have called in countless times, no one calls me back. My family has already gone down to Durban for Christmas and I am left in JHB alone. Where is my license disk?!

22 Dec 2020, 08:44When will I receive feedback or better yet, my car license disk??? I get zero feedback from FNB. Renewing my disk with FNB was a huge mistake, it has left me with more headache than anything. Your lack of communication and assistance is truly disguising!
