FNB is robbing people

FNB took a R520 from my account for no apparent reason, when I called the call centre to ask for reasoning they explained that it is because I have pending transactions. I then explained to the advisor that I see the pending transactions on my banking app, however, as soon as I swipe or make payments it immediately reflects and deduct from my current balance, she quickly said that she needs to escalate the issue as she cannot give me an answer and that I should await a call back within 24/48 hours. I got my money back within a few hours. How many of us are being ****** by FNB. Please be aware as I am now going through my statements to see how many times this was done to me
