FNB IS ****** ******S

FNB is a bunch of ******s. I withdrew cash at a FNB ATM on the 09th of April with my nedbank card. The money went off my account and i received a sms showing the money went of. I contacted FNB numerise of times with no luck. I was never refunded. Then when eventually respond they say I must lodge a complaint with Nedbank first and they must lodge the complaint with FNB. I still havent received my money and I need it. I dont even know what to do cause I am being send from pillar to pose.
