FNB is ripping me off

Fnb hasn't done anything to assist me with the closure of the credit card even though I paid the settlement amount they wanted .... everytime I call the claim that the account is closed but they keep on debiting money from my personal account without my consent ...the last time they said I owed R185 for the account to be closed permanently and I transferred the money now this morning they debited R130 without my knowledge or consent & always when I call the credit card department is always the same story claiming that the account is closed... please if there's anyone who can assist me with this I would be truly appreciate it because FNB is truly ripping me off and they are ok with what they are doing.... We're can I report FNB bank for what they are doing... because I'm truly tired and I have their email saying the credit card it's closed but they still debit money from my account and without my consent or knowledge.....
