FNB is ripping customers off
I have been paying the FNB home loan with the embedded life cover for 14 years. I was retrenched last month. When I contact FNB to inform them that I have been retrenched. I am told that the life cover I have been paying for 14 cannot assist me. I must be dead or have a permanent disability to benefit. I never wanted this life cover to begin with I was forced by FNB to pay this life cover. Not once has FNB engaged to explain their benefit. I had always contacted them few years back querying this life cover of them and I was always told that It cannot be terminated and it is for my benefit, what a rip of.

When I contact them they send me from post to pillar and now they cannot assist but have been getting my money for 14yrs. Their plan about this embedded life cover was to **** & ******* unsuspecting customer.
I have lost count how many times I queried this life cover but no one assisted,they failed then and still failing now and yet still expect me to continue paying.
