FNB is reluctant to admit unauthorised debit orders to 2020Mzansi is *****

I had 2 unauthorised debit orders to 2020Mzansi of R82.50 within 2 weeks. I called FNB to stop and reverse these transactions. I NEVER initiated any debt order and have no debit orders on this account! I questioned how it was authorized? If I load a new beneficiary I get a sms notification from FNB, yet for this new debit order I received no notification. This unauthorized debit order is ***** and I expect FNB to investigate it as such. Customer care says I must contact the ***** department, yet the ***** department said I must log an enquiry with customer care! FNB sent me feedback via a sms stating South African Payment initiated the debt order, and gave me their telephone number to call for further assistance. Yet after contacting them they claim to know nothing of the transaction. Either FNB or South African Payment is wrong and I would like a ***** case to be opened to investigate these 2020Mzani transactions. FNB is reluctant to do this. As a result I have withdrawn most of my funds out of my account. I have read other reports on HelloPeter that 2020Mzansi debit order continue even after having them cancelled.

Thank you for the new reference number but my former reference number ********** dated 04/03/2019 has still not been resolved, hence my complaint.

A week later and I have had NO response in spite of having two reference numbers. I received an email that allegedly claimed they tried to contact me telephonically, yet I never received any missed calls or voice messages left. The email asked when would be a suitable time to contact you? I rep**** several times to that email, yet still NO one has contacted me
