FNB is refusing to transfer my funds and give me a breakdown of my funds that were left in my account

I’ve been making follow ups with FNB and they are always promising me they are working on my case and they never update me on what is exactly happening. When I ask, I’m being told a consultant will be in touch and I never even received a proper call to inform me on what is exactly happening.

Last week Thursday my Lunga Bottoman sent me an email saying they will be transferring my money within 5 working days. It’s day 6 and no one is saying anything, no update nothing. I have to be the one pushing them for answers. I’ve called one of the private banking managers Timmy Mohlakoana and he’s always promising to call me back and he never does come back to me. I’ve tried to call the head office which takes me straight to call centre. I’m at my wits end with FNB and I need help with intervention
