FNB is refusing to remove my name on ITC

FNB and and Brooks & Luyt INC debt collectors are refusing to remove my name on ITC. I paid them off on the 14th June 2019 and I even received a paid up letter from the dept collector. If I ask FBN personel, she said it is not their responsibility as FBN to remove me, I must talk to the debt collector, when I call the debt collectors, they also say it's not their role to remove from from ITC, I must liaise with FBN. They both confirm that I no longer owe them, but they also both refuse to remove me on ITC records.

Can someone help me.
