fnb is refusing to give me my money

I have a savings pocket and i have been trying to access my funds since february...im in desperate need of that money and no one is willing to help call center keeps transferring me...branch banking says they don't pick up anything...WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO FNB? TO GET MY MONEY???
