FNB IS REDICULOUS

I opened an account online for my business i went to the branch 3 times to collect my card and couldnt activate it because every single time SOMETHING is offling then its cipc then their systems are off so i decided to take my business elsewhere. Now ive been handed over to attorneys for an outstanding account even though ive never had a fnb card nor activated the business account. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE.
