FNB is really taking it too far !!!!

So I advised a friend to use fnb , I have used FNB my whole life and well I kept thinking that the mounting inconveniences and the mounting charges were still worth the reliability. But let me tell you , of the 10+ people I refer each year and especially foreign friends , my marketing spree stops here and i atleast owe it to others to be honest now.

Fnb closed/froze my friends account because apparently he hasn’t filled in a Sars form , I was personally there when he signed the form at the branch . We kept getting emails about this SARS thing , we try to call and they never answer , we go to the branch and they ask us , did you sign the form? We answer yes they say it must be an error , here we are now trying to get to another country with no bank card , who does that we can’t book flights , hotels nothing ????????????. We just have to wait , no inconvenience has ever been able to take me away from this bank but this nooooo it’s too much. I now have to rely on people using other banks to help and mine is chilled while I’m stranded , you know how you can help me. Open my account so I can eat !!!!
