FNB Is really a ****y bank

Poor service at the northgate branch. No one cares about you or your claims. Poor service Was doing a deposit at the ATM but I got an error and the ATM NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY. Was told that it's a known issue but they can't help me. Like what the **** if you know that your ATM are not functioning properly why not alert us. Right now I need my slip so I can submit as proof of payment but no one is willing to assist. This is such a ****y bank literally
