FNB IS QUICK FOR ITS REVERSAL FEE R115

I have a fnb premier account, to have access to "professional" bankers. This morning I chatted to 2 of them to sort out an issue. The first one got conveniently "disconnected" and the the 2nd one had an attitude. FNB sent me a message of a deficit in my account at 16:30 on Sunday. I made sure that the deficit was paid so that my CAR INSURANCE, can be paid. Instead I woke up this morning to a message stating that the debit order was reversed but YET AGAIN FNB has its reversal fee of R115. FNB IS KILLING ME!
