FNB IS PROTECTING THE *****STER

FNB is protecting someone to stole my money from my FNB account , I lost almost R40,000 when I'm asking the bank to supply me with the details of the person/shop that stole my money they are ignoring me since may 2025 they just don't want to assist me. I want my money that was ****** from my account and I want details of the shop so I can take this matter further. FNB gave me the email to sent affidavit but the email is not working at all , why is this bank undermining the citizens of South africa like, why they are so unprofessional? Why they don't help people who were de*****ed in their Bank? Why they lazy to investigate the *****ulent cases?
