FNB is probably working with the ********

We bought a car from people who is banking with capitec bank, they stole R71 000 from us, (never brought the car), and when we contacted capitec, they promised to look into it, FNB aswell, but it seems that when we try to contact them, they totally ignore us. We have a case nr, affidavit, everything they asked for, we got it and sent it through, the only reply we got is that they will not take any responsibility for the money we lost. The ******** are still operating on the same number they ****med us from. So i don't think either of the banks ACTUALLY did something about our case... They just ignored it....
