Fnb is preventing me from accessing my PayPal

For many years I have had a PayPal account. However a few months ago, I couldn't access PayPal through fnb.. I was told by fnb consultant I needed to update my details and my link would be activated again. I have since sent them updated proof of address, but I receive no acknowledgement on my email, and the helpline never gets answered.
