Fnb is playing god with my life

I have been calling Fnb debt review for the past three months I honestly have no clue where to turn to they have been useless thus far and my life is on hold I spoke to vusi and collene both useless to me cause of their false promises. This acc ********** 343656 owes R23, 38. Have tried to pay it either trasnfare or at the teller but failed these two ppl promised it will be sorted or they will get back to me. Day after day I have called but they have continuously been useless to me. Can somebody please tell me what do please. I honestly hate Fnb right now for holding me hostage my life is on hold.
