FNB IS PATHETIC!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!!

I am sooooo tired of being shoved from pillar to post despite having 'personal bankers'!!! What is going on, FNB??? A whole day to fix one thing and I'm nowhere! I have gone from my pvt banker to my business banker who sat the entire day and did NOTHING while waiting for yet another person to phone her. Come on!!!!! We're busy out here. Do your job and make it happen for goodness sake!!!!!
