Fnb is pathetic rather move to discovery bank

This is probably the worst and most dishonest bank in South Africa. I have a private wealth account with them. They charge me a fixed rate of almost R600 for bank charges and alot of other small charges all ammount to about R2000 per month. They promised me a private banker 24/7 after leaving 33 messages nobody has made the effort of getting back to me. They are paying at least two companies a month I nevergsve permission for and according to them they cannot stop paying these ppl even on my instruction. My address is wrong. My bank account on my statement is a different account. A gold check account. When i finnaly get in touch with the extremely unhelpful eepresentative she actually shouts at me. I opened a bank account with discovery bank now. Moving everything over from today. To anybody reading this leave FNB Discovery Bank actually cares about their customers
