FNB is Pathetic 😡😡😡😡

Yhoooooo where do I begin. I logged a query with FNB in November regarding my late father’s account but up to date it has not been resolved instead Monday they closed all my father’s accounts without any payments being made and no further communication was sent advising on the closure of the late state account. FNB is a ***** guys. Am not sure if they are trying to earn interest on the money or there was some sort of a ********** activity going on but they have not released the fund at all. Imagine experiencing a loss of a loved one and then having to deal with this nonsense. The service is pathetic. I have been promised call backs more than 10 times, however, nobody has ever gotten back to me. This is the second time I am writing about this issue. Such a renowned bank filled with *********** people😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
