FNB is pathetic!

The service at FNB is pathetic. You can open a Share Saver account online but try closing it! The branch cant help you. Premier Banking cant help you. I phone Share Saver and keep getting cut off. Then an hour later a machine answers and says do it online Did I mention YOU CANT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT ONLINE!!!!!!!! This is why I am closing all my accounts with the bank.
