FNB is pathetic

Debt review at FNB is pathetic. They do not care about customers and definitely do not want to help. So I app**** for debt review. Form 17.1 and 17.2 was sent and ackowledged by the bank. It states they need to stop all debits. They proceded to still deduct installments and now refuse to refund it or cancel it as they havent received an debit order cancellation form with power of attorney yet they are negotiating back and forth with terms of repayment of all loans and credit cards. So they stopped debit orders for overdraught and credit card but cant apparently for the personal loans due to above stated reason. Make it make sense please. They are pathetic. Also plenty of calls later and promises of a call back from a manager. After 6 weeks no call. Managers always in meetings.
