Fnb is pathetic and useless!!

Fnb is extremely poor with their service. Their *****line is useless!!! After ***** was comitted on my husbands account and they sorted it out after months and they promised it wont happen again..because they flagged his id and his account...low and behold it happens again where people and places just debit from your account without you having knowledge of who it is or giving permission...so anyone can just get into your account without permission....me and my whole family always spoke highly of fnb...not after this second time...we are definitely changing banks and taking everyone i know with us..fnb is pathetic when it comes to securing your money!!
