FNB is pathetic and UNPROFESSIONAL
I have logged numerous complaints regarding the unprofessional manner my profile is being handled. I have got sms / email confirmations. to date no manager has called. the matter is not resolved and surprise surprise the debt counsellors blake and associates have started to call me. whats going on?
