FNB is PATHETIC!!!

If I had a chance to not sign up with FNB, I would have in a heartbeat. Having a business account with you guys is just HORRIFIC to say the least. I own a digital marketing agency and ALL my payments are international due to the platforms we use however I was never informed that there is a measily limit on the annual spend which I reached in 3 months. I therefore cannot transact with my business card to pay for these transactions as it is "blocked". I have been trying to increase the limit from the 11th of September and every person in the forex department is USELESS. They have email addresses they cannot respond with and they gladly point you in the directions of other departments that cannot assist you either. Furthermore almost every payment that comes into my account is pledged and I have to call and request to release the funds even though it comes from one of the biggest institutions in South Africa. Pathetic bank. I will be moving form this *********** financial institution THIS WEEK. What is the point paying you guys bank fees when you cannot help me with anything that allows me to function as a business?
