I've sent COUNTLESS emails and lodged a formal complaint months ago that has been going on for a few years, just to receive a single line response with absolutely NO CLEAR ANSWER ("currently we are not... Due to system glitches") have all of you had mental glitches for the past 2 years? SIES MAN!!!!

Come on now, you cannot be that naive to think a system glitch is a excuse for the past 2 years that I've been trying to sort out.

How many times should a 'PRIEMIER' client call, beg, shout and sent email after email?
