FNB is pathetic!!

The "How can we help you" from FNB is the hollowest payoff line you'll experience!!! Once you have joined the bank your frustrations begin.

For three months and running I have tried to have 7 issues resolved!!!! Visits to branch and HQ in Fairview have not helped. DO NOT phone the call centre or CUSTOMERSCARE. Not answered, long hold on, and if they all but sense you get less than patient the phone will be put down in your ear!!!
