FNB IS PATHETIC
FNB does not even deserve the one star review. I have been a loyal customer for many years with FNB unfortunately the service I have experienced with these so called Private Bankers is not but an embarrassment to FNB. Because of these Private Bankers I would like to close all my accounts with FNB and take my business to another institution. We pay for these services but the service received is nothing but Useless...there is no other word to describe my experience with FNB's Private Bankers. I am currently dealing with a Bridget Nkhumeleni and I have no kind words to describe the way this lady handles her clients. She does not give a DAMN.......The word SERVICE does not exist.

Your agents cannot assist us with anything without the Banking App, This banking app has previously put my life in danger where I was Hijacked and taken away until money was ****** from my account through the app. I refuse to make use of this App. If FNB is forcing customers to use this App then FNB must be held liable for the safety of their clients and the money. And I will ask this question again, What exactly are we paying for? if PRIVATE BANKERS CANNOT ASSIST? The response I get from PB are I don't know...If not them then who is supposed to KNOW?
