FNB IS PATHETIC

I app**** for a personal loan through my Private banker, a Ms Matinisi. She advised me that it was approved and asked me to sign the debicheck order which she sent through. I signed and sent it back. In my mind. All sorted. A day later I receive an sms saying my application is unsuccessful. I contacted her again, waited two days for a reply, only to have her say it was declined. No offer of an alternative solution or apology. Now my credit score has dropped, and i get no more temporary loan offers either. A complete disgrace and unprofessional service to say the least.
