FNB is pathetic

If i could give a zero rating i would have, I'm trying to cancel a debit order but been struggling for weeks, tried today again and got a secure chat but they asked for details on the chat that would take me 10 minutes just to get but after 1 minute they cancelled the chat, i really think its time to switch banks
