FNB is pathetic!!!

When did FNB's customer service become this pathetic. I have to send tons of emails to follow up, as I'm not getting any feedback. I don't get assistance until I post on Hello Peter. This is ridiculous!! It's like FNB wants people to move to another bank.

I need my query to be looked at and resolved!!
