Fnb is pathetic

It’s very disappointing that you can get such horrible service from a bank, my app isn’t allowing me to log in after I disputed a transaction. I was told my dispute would be resolved in 5-7 days It’s been something like 11 days and counting with no feedback. Worse part is I’m paying the higher fees as I’m a private client, my banker doesn’t take my calls or even bother to assist. I’m so sick of this service really
