FNB is overrated, rather look at Capitec for a new account...

<p>After being shoved from pillar to post, repeating my banking details atleast 5 times, my ID 5 times, my name 5 times and running 2x verifications I still have not achieved anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>FNB brag so much about themselves over the radio, but when you actually work with them youll realise its all smoke and mirrors...I will be cancelling all my accounts at month end.</p> <p> </p> <p>As for a temporary loan, of which ive been able to take out countless times. During my 3rd call forward a rude lady told me that its only availible when FNB want you to take it out. You have 0 flexibility, so once again the radio adverts are lies. You would think that if you can afford the loan they would WANT you to take it out? You pay interest!</p> <p> </p> <p>But alas, I cannot take out a temp loan....ill take my business to a bank where I get that flexibility and offers cheaper accounts anyway.</p> <p> </p> <p>Overpriced</p> <p>Rude</p> <p>Your at their will</p> <p>Not the most innovative bank anymore</p> <p>Cannot sync customer details within the same company</p> <p>Pushes you from pillar to post.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reasons enough to say bye bye now.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
