FNB is out to ***** businesses!!!

I have already made a complaint that my bank account is still not operational, this is now pushing a month since opening it. I have submitted all required documents and was promised that my issue will be rectified within 12 hours. Now I get an email from FNB saying that this is a second attempt for them to contact me - by email? Asking for the same documents??? Are you serious?? People cant pay me FNB is completely stuffed up!!!! This bank will cripple your business - beware anyone considering to use them for business banking!!!
