FNB is operating on *******ION & MISCONDUCT with the ***** department

This bank is operating on ******* actions and misconduct. I recently had my account placed on a hold. I inquired about the reason for the hold and every branch I visited and every call center I called told me the same thing! "Call Moipone Gumbi, the investigator responsible for the current condition of your account" And I was given an email and number for the investigator which never worked for me because the emails never got response and the number kept claiming that no operator was available everytime. A few days later after sending countless unanswered emails, a person claiming to be another ***** investigator send me whatsapp message on my bank registered number knowing every detail about my situation and demanded me to send a cash voucher for my case to be resolved quicker and get my account open. Which case he talked about I don't know and I was so desperate I almost sent the money if it wasn't for my husband who told me not to. I went to report to the police station what had happened and reported to ombudsman then work up a few days later the account was unlocked from nowhere. Without even being told why I was locked in the first place. And I realized fnb is deliberately locking people's accounts to find ways to manipulate them into sending them money vouchers out of desperation. I have all the whatsapp messages sent to me I wish I know where to display them for the whole world to see. People must be careful with fnb even until now the entire bank doesn't seem to know the answer when I ask why they lock my account and why they open it from nowhere. And who gave a ghost investigator my personal details which the bank swore to never violate. There is so much *******ion in this bank people should be aware. I've already switched to a different bank
