FNB is one useless Bully bank!!

Very sad with continue bad service I've lodged this before my account details my private documents have been exposed yet again just 4 months later and this person actually text me on Facebook showing how FNB post my personal documents to the wrong address wrong suburb. I had to block my card the last time this happened gone to the branch paid for your mistakes of me being de*****ed please assist immediately damn *********** ****** *******s!!!
