FNB is one big ******** enterprise

This morning I woke up to see this ******* 'Honfee' of R2250 deducted from my account. The previous month it was R3450. The month before that R2700. When I ask what it's for I'm told it's declined transactions that get charged for R125 per transaction. Firstly, I am under debt review and not even allowed to have an overdraft facility so whenever I make an online payment or swipe at Pick 'n Pay and I have no money in my account, it says' declined' and I'm charged R8.50. After making sense to FNB they tell me my online payments are made when there are funds available in my account, however, the funds are kept in 'reserve' and FNB cannot be held liable when the merchant debits the funds. So how the hell should I be held liable? I'm not the bank. I don't keep the funds in 'reserve', FNB DOES THIS. When I make the transaction and there are sufficient funds available that is all that matters. You are the bank NOT ME. I earn less than R10000 a month and it's ****** disgusting that you can ***** so much of my pay. You firstly say it's because I don't have funds. Then when I tell you I always do because I can't have an overdraft because of debt review you tell me it's the merchants fault. I have the screenshots of the chats with the agent on the mobile app. I've had it with FNB *****ing almost half my salary. It's sick man. I have a family to provide for. Go ***** from the rich and not from the poor. Keep your hands out of my account. When are giving back the money you stole. I want my money back before tomorrow. I have things to pay and didn't plan that you ***** my money.

Everyone reading this should just Google 'FNB Hontee' please. See how many people complain about this. FNB is a ******** enterprise. Imagine it's R2250 from me and R3000 from the next guy and so it goes on. They ***** your money, invest it somewhere and draw interest.

I want my money before tomorrow. After that paid it back you may close my account. I will post these screenshots of the chat where your consultant jumps from one reason to another when he realized he is talking BS. I went on to submit a complaint at the banking ombudsman and sent his office ALL the proof from this case of theft as well as the previous times you stole my money. Next step I am opening a case of theft at SAPS.

How the hell can the bank hold customers liable for when the merchants debit their money that the bank put on reserve?? That means you are totally useless. Don't put the funds then in reserve on my behalf if you can give it to the merchant at a later stage. Clearly I may as well not have a bank at all. Where do you take the money to when you put in reserve and how on earth am I suppose to be held liable for that???

You won't ***** almost half my salary. What kind of sick institution would ***** a customer's money. R2250 and I only earn R10000 and must feed my family. You repell me.

I WANT MY MONEY TOMORROW. DON'T EVEN THINK OF HOLDING ON TO IT FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN TO INVEST SOMEWHERE. I WANT MY MONEY
