FNB Is on my **** List

On behalf of the rest of the ******* Entities In this Beautiful country of ours, i would like to thank FNB for being part of that list. Thank you for *****ing Us over.

Evening of the 28th July 2020, I took my wife to deposit R1000 at an ATM in Century City Mall FNB branch. She inserted her card, Selected Deposit cash and put the R1000 into the Tray. After entering her details, and waiting for the machine to Count the money, It kicked out a slip saying the deposit was unsuccessful and the machine cancelled the transaction, THE TRAY DID NOT REOPEN AND DID NOT RETURN THE R1000!!!!!

After going to the bank the 29th July 2020, They said they need 24hrs to investigate and Eventually only Returned R320 to my wifes account.

HOW THE F**K Did you come up with R320?? After all the proof was provided, You still go ahead and ***** your customer over.

Thank you for Depressing my wife that entire evening and making it worse for only returning her R320. You now officially on the **** list like the rest. Shame on you for *****ing peoples hard earned money.

NOT HAPPY And expecting this resolved by someone else cause idiot at the branch is clearly ***********.
