Fnb is of no assistance

I am trying to get assistance from Fnb regarding a credit card account that has prescribed in 2017 they have updated records on the bureaus stating last payment was 2019 when I ask for proof of last payment they refuse to send me a statement or some sort of proof the account was last paid in 2019. It is ******* to hold somebody responsible for prescribed debt and withholding information when requested from the bank. I have tried calling their legal department the whole week and calls do not get answered. I have called two debt collecting companies which have advised the account is closed on their side. This matter is frustrating as I would like answers.
