FNB IS NOT WHAT IT PURPORTS IT IS

The worst banking experience since I switched from Capitec to FNB ((Vaal Mall Branch). FNB Homeloans are even the worst. Every month I have to physically queue for a persoalized service for a mistake after the other. This month is even worse because my usual consultant is on leave, yet FNB Homeloans have debited my bond deduction twice. And the unusual consultant is making complete a form, even though I lament about not having my glasses. The paper just blinds me. Whooo shem! I resent my switching from Capitec.
