Fnb is not to be trusted on time of need

I took a funeral cover at Fnb for my family in November 2023 . for my spouse and children and on 2 July my wife gave birth to our son and he same day died .and claim at fnb and they declined my claimed only responded after 8 days .upon taking cover they said they cover still born or my kids immediately after birth and will receive R20000 for Repatriation and no waiting period for repatriation.but none of those happened.am so hurt I had to make loans .
