FNB is not the peoples bank, they dont care about the people only their bottom line
i transfered an amount from my revolving credit to a credit card that was closed in 2014. I immediatly called and was given the following reference: Cas-***-m5j3f7
I was told it would be returned in 48 hours.
I called back more than 48 hours later and was told because the account was closed while i was on debt review it would take a little longer than 48 hours
The problem is: 1. if someone had called me or mailed me to inform me of the situation everything would have been fine (this did not happen) 2. i was pushed from pillar to post first by the 24 hr personal bankers that have never been able to assist me. 3. i called again today and was informed i could not speak to a manager as they do not have direct lines this is after speaking with 2 different consultants already.
i need the money returned to me urgently but hey FNB are so pathetic with there service i have a problem with them all the time.
I just want some decent logical service(i doubt FNB has anyonbe in there service team that is logical, they alway just push from pillar to post, not caring about the client at all)
FNB now owe ne R4600, 3400 of which they refused to return to me for no reason this has been outstanding since october 2020
