FNB is not the best bank anymore

FNB is not the best bank anymore. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I have got from FNB as whole. ***** department, never did their job to trace the ****** money, from an vertual card used on *****ing money from my account. They said I made a wallet, but transactions was done in early morning hours, while I was sleeping. They say virtual cards is save, but I did not approve the transactions on my app. So how can this be an save way. FNB did not do their job, but it is just easy to say, that they do not accept any fault from their side. Really so this is how bad FNB turned into, and they do not care about their customers. Just remember without us, customers FNB is nothing! I need for FNB to do their work and found out who the culprit was *****ing the money.
